Can I assemble / install the equipment myself?
Many products are supplied complete with easy-to-follow assembly / installation instructions. These can be installed by an unskilled person and our telephone helpline service is available for friendly advice and guidance if required on +44 (0)1252 812211.
Other products may require the services of a professional installer and this is where our trained installation team and support staff are able to help.
What is my Guarantee?
All metal cable/rod and sign support components sold by Fairfield Displays and Lighting Ltd are covered by a lifetime parts guarantee, and all other products (except bulbs/lamps and fuses) are covered by a twelve month parts guarantee from the date of purchase. This covers all items supplied by ourselves against defects in manufacture or assembly. As part of this agreement we offer unlimited telephone support to our customers. What is the Helpline Support telephone number?
Support is available on +44 (0)1252 812211 between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with our trained technical staff assisting all calls as fully as possible.
What do I need to do if I my goods are damaged in transit?
Whilst every care is taken by us in packing goods for delivery, it is possible that damage may occur in transit. If this should happen please advise us immediately by telephone on +44 (0)1252 812211 and in any event within 3 days of receipt. These goods will be replaced by us free of charge.
What can I do if my goods become faulty after they have been installed by Fairfield?
Our fitters take every care during installation. However, should a fault appear following the installation please call our Helpline on +44 (0)1252 812211 who will advise on the most appropriate solution. This may involve another visit by our installer if required.
Can I get any training on the products?
Fairfield offers a comprehensive training programme on all our products. This covers design and pricing, installation, maintenance, product use and sales training where appropriate. On request we would be pleased to visit your premises to train your staff on how to make the best use of our equipment and how to ensure maximum value during its lifetime. I want some display equipment that is special and different?
We offer a design service for you to use. Products can be customised to provide you with that individual look or we can design a layout for the equipment in your premises so as to take the maximum advantage of all product benefits.
Can I get someone to annually maintain my display equipment / system?
If required we are able to offer a complete after-sales maintenance service. Visits by our trained staff can be arranged at agreed intervals at very economical rates. Can Fairfield install the display equipment for me?
Our installation service is available nation-wide, carried out by fully trained personnel. The service can cover the original installation or subsequent alterations of displays and lighting. Teams of fitters are available for carrying out large installation contracts, even within extremely tight deadlines.
